CityVille Franchises update!.

Yes, yes, we know this updates has been added to CityVille 3 or 4 days ago, but we tough it'd be good to inform those CityVille citizens that don't know about these new franchise features.
There have been a few upgrades to franchises in CityVille, what are these updates?, you ask?, well check them out!.

• Now you are able to cancel a franchise request that has not been accepted (you'll receive a refund).
• You'll also receive a refund if someone declines your franchise, FINALLY!.
