Declined franchises in CityVille.

Good day Citizens!, we've been receiving some questions rewarding "declined franchises" in CityVille, so here we are to clear some points out.

Many people are wondering if you get a refund if a neighbor declines your franchise propsal in their City, I.E: If i place a franchise in a neighbors City and he declines.

The answer to this question is NO you will not get a refund for that franchise!, so better make sure your neighbor accepts! ;)  Tweet This
